Petersfield based, Leonie Baxter of Performance Coaching will be offering Evidence Based, professional Psychological Coaching to businesses in Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Leonie explains, "I will be giving free business coaching to five local business leaders as part of my last semester in my Masters degree. Made of 2-3 sessions, lasting 75 minutes.

"The sessions have been developed as creating balance and equity within the business personality can be a huge challenge because there are often so many agendas, goals, relationship and personality issues that get in the way of performance ability.”
