Mooka, Folly Market

Trained pastry chef Yifat Castle has just opened Mooka, Petersfield’s newest ice cream parlour, in the Folly Market. 

"I thought the Folly Market was a perfect place for an ice cream parlour in England because the sun always shines here,” Yifat explained.
Yifat makes all the Italian ice cream on site in the shop’s very own ice-cream factory, using natural ingredients specially delivered from Italy.

"If you can’t find your favourite flavour I can make it and, if you want to take the ice cream home, insulated polystyrene tubs are available ”
As well as Italian ice cream Mooka also offers a wide range of sorbets, ice cream sodas and delicious handmade lollies.
